Brooksley is an award winning versatile classically trained professional violinist! She plays all genres of music including classical, contemporary, jazz, rock, pop, oldies, R&B, hip hop, film and broadway soundtracks, Spanish, French, and ethnic. She also performs with background music tracks to provide a more energetic, upbeat, and richer sound for any occasion! She has traveled all over the country performing for weddings and events including Hawaii, California, Seattle, New Orleans, Florida, Texas, Catalina Island, Canada, New England, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania, so no destination is too far away!

Brooksley started playing violin at five years old. She studied with the Suzuki program and private teachers, including Paul Stein from the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and she was a first violinist for the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies Orchestra for ten years. She continued her musical studies at the George Washington, D.C University, and performed as a professional string trio throughout Washington, DC during all four years. She was also the featured violinist at George Washington University Alumni Association’s Featured Solo Musician’s Concert.

She has performed in Carnegie Hall, and for Mikel Gorbachev, Maryland Governor Hogan, Honorable Jon C. Porter of the U.S. Congress, Grammy award winning artist Malik Yusef, Hollywood Producers, Jaguar Land Rover, The Heart Bandits Proposal Planners, United Nations “Kids for Saving Earth”, the Classical Music Series at Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport, The Wanted’s “Show Me Love” music video, Ferna Goitia’s “It’s Not The Same” music video, movie soundtracks for “The Hindenburglar” and “The Red Cape”, LCO Casino, the Marine Corps Semper Fidelis Memorial Chapel, Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Dark Garden Corsetry and Couture, Gondolas D’Amore, the Edu-GIRLS organization, and UMUC Scholarship and Alumni Dinners. In addition, she is the featured violinist in Thumbtack’s spotlight article “Memoirs In A Fiddle”. She also performs as a duo!
