What is a DJ By Bialek’s Music? We are glad you asked.

When Booking a DJ by Bialek’s for one of our packages, a DJ will be assigned based on availability 1 month prior to the event. Placing DJs based on availability reduces our costs which enables us to provide options at a lower rate. Should you decide to go with one of our package options, we guarantee a full service professional DJ/MC from our normal talent roster but we cannot guarantee who that will be until 1 month before the event.

Once assigned, you’ll be connected with your DJ to discuss all the options, songs list, timeline, etc for the day with plenty of time to plan.

Time: Not only does the cost of your DJ include the hours he or she will be performing at your event, it also includes the time it takes for your music pro to prepare for your big day. Before the event, your DJ will spend time creating your playlist and a unique script based on your preferences. Our DJ’s will travel, set up, customize your playlist, perform (both as a DJ AND as an MC), and break down – all of which is fully included.

Equipment: The last thing you want on the day of your event is for your DJ’s equipment to break. Part of our DJ’s fee goes to purchasing and maintaining the most up-to-date equipment including (but not limited to) speakers, wireless microphone (for toasts/speeches), computer software, technical hardware, and more. All of this is included in the price.

Music: Once you get your DJ, you’ll be able to go over all the songs for your big day. Special songs/dances, what artists/songs you MUST have and also a DO NOT PLAY list. You can be as involved or as hands off as you want, our DJ’s will happily work with you to make the playlist perfect! Sometimes our DJ’s actually have to buy some additional music, and we certainly want to make sure that they have lots of songs to choose from. Any songs or variety of music you’d like to hear can and will be 100% accommodated.

COI & Insurance: Not just our DJ’s, but ALL of our entertainment including techs are covered by our insurance policy.

Our DJ was great to work with!

Bialek's was great to work with. We let them assign us a dj, and we got DJ A Sonic. He was great at listening to the music we wanted while also figuring out what the crowd might want. He also handled all our mics easily for our ceremony and speeches to ensure everything went off without a hitch!

Super fun and professional!

The manager, Robin, was very responsive and helpful when we first contacted the company. We chose the package where the manager would choose a DJ for us with whoever was available a month before the event. Though this may seem like too short of a notice for some people for their weddings, our DJ, Austell (DJ AAROCK), was very knowledgeable, helped us choose the appropriate music for our audience, and was really fun to work with. He was a great MC for the whole reception, and even helped us with our shoe game. Austell was super fun to work with and would highly recommend him for any wedding.

Great experience!

Bialek's was very easy to work with, and they provide good value for the cost. I was a little nervous about being assigned a random DJ a few weeks before the event, but it ended up working out well. Jill (the DJ) was super flexible and very easy to work with! She was an absolute professional!

Highly Recommend

worked with Bialek's Music for my Wedding reception. Communication was great between myself and the team. We chose the Signature Package, where a DJ would be chosen one month before the event. DJ John was excellent and we received many compliments from our guests.

Easy to Work With & Exceptional Service

Bialek's Music was so easy to work with and provided amazing service during our wedding! Robin was my main contact leading up to my DJ assignment, and she was great! She was very responsive and flexible. Additionally, we were partnered with DJ AAROCK, and he was stellar! So many of our guests said the dancing was their favorite part of the wedding. DJ AAROCK took our must play list and made it even better, and he avoided the songs we definitely didn't want played! It's hard to be affordable AND great service!

They set me up with a great DJ who was responsive and attentive to my wedding needs. The layout of my wedding was a bit different, and the DJ was flexible to accommodate. Great experience overall!
