DJ Ellz is the man! He was very professional and kind leading up the wedding with keen attention to detail. He asked about pronunciations, he asked about schedules, and was highly responsive. We asked the DJ to make a couple of mixes for our wedding and he definitely delievered! Our family loved our mixes! We even made a couple song requests from soundcloud/Tik-Tok mixes of songs and he found them! During our wedding, he was the ultimate hype man! And he did an incredible job of playing songs that kept the crowd engaged! If you're looking for a DJ, then DJ Ellz is the man!
We hired Elliot for our wedding in November 2023 and are very glad that we did. While planning the event, he was incredibly organized and responsive (e.g., sending out and following up on call notes). He also was flexible with a complicated event set-up and ensured that the music selections for all parts of the wedding (i.e., pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing) reflected our preferences. On the day of, he did a great job setting up multiple spaces with his equipment and keeping the party going. Multiple guests complemented his DJing. In an industry where many vendors proved difficult to work with, he made the entertainment component of both the wedding planning and wedding day extremely easy and fun for us.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Working with Elliot was super smooth and easy from start to finish. The most important thing was the party and he nailed it! He played the songs we wanted, read the room to make sure the party kept going and was incredibly nice and professional throughout it all! HIGHLY recommend him for any event, he is sure to make it a blast.
We’re consistently getting unprompted compliments regarding DJ Ellz months after the event! Elliott was one of the smoothest and most thoughtful vendors we’ve worked with. He completely nailed his set list, worked well with a bilingual /multicultural crowd, and overall adapted amazingly to the event. Could not recommend him enough.

I was looking for a DJ in DC pretty last minute due to some changes in my event, and I was booking from the west coast. Elliot was prompt at responding and was quick to get back to me to discuss the aspects of my event. He was great to have for the style of reception we held at the venue, and he definitely is the reason we had such good retention for the entirety of the event. He was really incredible at reading the room and bringing up the tempo as more people began coming in. Definitely hire him for your events, he really did a fantastic job!
Elliot made my wedding 100X better yesterday! He was completely hassle free and everyone at the wedding LOVED his music!!!! All our guests commented that he was the best part of the day, besides our ceremony of course, Elliot was amazing!!!!
Elliot's performance was the highlight of my event! He will be the dj to anything I host and I recommend Elliot to anyone out there looking for a dj to spark up an event!

DJ Elliot was exactly what we wanted for our outdoor garden party--he kept the vibe super fun, playing lots of hits from multiple eras, as we requested. Our guests of all ages loved every minute and danced all evening. Great DJ, great service, and great value! We will recommend him to everyone we know!
We hired DJ Elliot to DJ our party for the 305 Fitness launch at VIDA in Ballston and he did an amazing job! The music was great and he was super professional/great to work with. I know he was super well-loved at the 305 studio so we will definitely be using him for future VIDA events and would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of an event DJ! Amazing at his job, you won’t regret it!
