Born in Reston, raised in Waterford, VA, Connor is a jazz guitarist and educator in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore region. Having studied with guitarists Danny Knicely for 6 years & Shawn Purcell for 4 years, Connor is able to complement multiple genres including Bebop, Gypsy Jazz, American Songbook, Bluegrass, Rock, Pop, R&B, etc. Connor has shared the stage with Michael Joseph Harris, Duved Dunayevski, Gabriel Wallace, Julian Berkowitz, Nataly Merezhuk, and many more.
Connor earned his Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies at George Mason University in 2019. Since graduating Connor has been a full-time musician playing at venues such as Blue House Productions, Roofers Union in DC, An Die Musik in Baltimore, Jojo’s in DC, Twins Jazz in DC, Mr. Henry’s in DC, Pearl Street Warehouse in DC, Monarque in Baltimore, Blues Alley in DC, The Anthem in DC Opening for the National Symphony Orchestra, Pie Shop DC, The Pocket DC, Wolf Trap, and The Millennium Stage at the Kennedy Center, etc.
